How we are keeping you and our staff safe during Covid-19
Mount Roskill Collision Centre is open and ready to help you get back on the road. We have taken opening our doors again seriously and, like you, are committed to helping eliminate Covid-19. Here are the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe:
Getting a quote:
We will have a contactless process with many options available to gain a quote. Call us to talk about what works best for you.
Dropping your car for repair:
We will ask you for a few extra details when we book your car in for repairs. This means we can prepare any paperwork to minimise the time you need to spend in our office.
When you arrive we ask that you wait in your car and call our office on 0800 227 762 so you can be guided on what to do next. When you come into our office you will see it has been fit out with protective screens and there will be hand sanitiser available for you to use when signing the paperwork.
Car repair panel beating and painting:
We will sanitise your vehicle on arrival, and use a protective seat cover before marking it as ready for repair. Our staff will be wearing gloves and masks at all times while working on your car. We will repeat the sanitisation process prior to you collecting your vehicle.
Rest assured our staff are committed to ensuring the Covid-19 processes in place are adhered to while maintaining our usual high standard of quality car repairs.
